As part of the Horizon Europe projects StreamSCAPES and ANIMA MUNDI, a seminar will take place on September 26 at the European University Institute in Florence. This seminar, supported by the results developed by REBOOT and CresCine, will focus on the role of culture in the policy-making of the European Union.

The event, titled "Culture in policymaking: a burden or a boost for the European Union?", will bring together experts to discuss the link between culture, the audiovisual sector, cultural diplomacy, and the EU's key internal and external challenges.

The seminar will be led by renowned academics and leading members of the projects, including Katharine Sarikakis (UNIVIE), Antonios Vlassis (ULIEGE), Caterina Sganga (SSSA), Marina Rossato Fernandes (ULIEGE), and Heritiana Ranaivoson (VUB).

This event will be an opportunity to exchange ideas on the work carried out within our research projects.
